The Market House Condominiums are located in historic the historic Lowertown district of downtown St. Paul. The Market House Condominium Association (MHCA) oversees the functions of the residential space of the Market House building.
Constructed in 1902, the Market House building provides a unique environment for living and working, with vaulted wood beam ceilings, St Paul sandstone brick walls, and views of the Mississippi River, and Dayton’s Bluff.

The building features vaulted wood beam ceilings, up to 20’ high, and beams 20” thick. Blonde brick inside, red Chicago brick on the street facing facades. Shared roof top party room & penthouse.
The Market House building was refurbished and converted in 1983 to four floors of residential living, and three floors of commercial space. The residential space has its own security access and is managed separately from the commercial space. In 2007 major work was done to update & modernize the features of the building, including installation of aluminum windows.
The Market House Condominium Association (MHCA) was established to oversee the workings of the residential space of the Market House.
Located in downtown Saint Paul, the Market House provides convenient access to local resources and amenities. There is superb access to freeways and the Summit / Grand street corridor. Market House is just across the street from the Saint Paul Farmers Market, a true farmers market (all products are grown or made within 75 miles from Saint Paul), open from April through November.
The Minneapolis / Saint Paul International Airport is 10 minutes from the Market House building. Public bus transportation is available right outside our door. Several bicycle routes are easily accessed from downtown. Shopping, museums, art, music, entertainment, parks, food, libraries, and more is all close by
